Amusnet
A Bulgarian studio, formerly EGT, whose land-based fruit machines carry recognition across Eastern Europe, the Balkans and Latin America.
Amusnet — formerly EGT, or Euro Games Technology — is a Bulgarian company founded in Sofia in 2002. It began as a land-based cabinet manufacturer, launched its online platform in 2015 and rebranded to Amusnet in 2022.
Its distribution is larger than most players realise: around 300 titles live on more than 2,000 operator sites across 35+ regulated markets, with Colombia and Brazil added in 2025. It is dominant across Eastern Europe and the Balkans, strong in Greece, expanding through Latin America, and a fixture in crypto lobbies. It has also returned to physical hardware with its TYPE S cabinets.
If you have seen a lobby tile reading Burning Hot or 40 Super Hot, you know the studio's look: bold fruit symbols, sevens, stars, and no pretence of a story.
The most important thing about this catalogue
Amusnet revises published RTP figures on live games, downward.
This is documented rather than speculative. Two of the studio's former top-returning titles have moved:
| Game | Previously | Now |
|---|---|---|
| 5 Hot Dice | 97.01% | 95.74% |
| 100 Super Dice | 97.00% | 95.76% |
Both were once at the top of Amusnet's return table. Both have dropped off it entirely, losing more than 1.2 percentage points each.
The consequence for anyone reading slot data: an Amusnet RTP figure is a measurement with a date attached, not a permanent property of the game. A review published in 2022 quoting 97% may have been accurate then and wrong now. Most sites republish these numbers without dating them.
Every figure on our Amusnet pages carries a review date for exactly this reason, and every page tells you to check the info screen. On this studio that is not boilerplate advice — it is the only reliable method.
The catalogue, by price
| Game | Lines | RTP |
|---|---|---|
| Royal Secrets | — | 96.37% |
| Shining Crown | 10 | 96.37% |
| Supreme Hot | — | 96.24% |
| Burning Hot | 5 betways, 6 reels | 95.97% or 96.45% |
| Rise of Ra | 15 | 95.97% |
| 40 Super Hot | 40 | 95.81% |
| 20 Super Hot | 20 | 95.79% |
| 5 Dazzling Hot | 5 | 95.74% |
| 100 Super Hot | 100 | 95.00% |
| 40 Burning Hot | 40 | 95.00% |
Three patterns worth knowing
More paylines does not mean a better game — it usually means a worse price. Within the Super Hot family: 20 lines returns 95.79%, 40 lines returns 95.81%, and 100 lines returns 95.00%. Five times the paylines for eight-tenths of a point less return. The high-line versions are more visually engaging, which is precisely why they can be priced higher.
Line count changes rhythm, not value. 20 Super Hot and 40 Super Hot differ by two hundredths of a percentage point. That is noise. What doubling the lines actually changes is how often you win and how much your fixed stake is — the house edge stays put. Choose on the rhythm you want, not the number in the title.
The best-priced games are not the promoted ones. Royal Secrets and Supreme Hot return more than any Super Hot title and appear far less prominently in lobbies. Following lobby prominence in this catalogue is a reliable way to pay more.
Jackpot Cards runs across nearly everything
Amusnet's signature is the four-level Jackpot Cards mystery progressive, built into most of the catalogue as a promotional layer. It can trigger at random on any spin.
The thing to understand, and it applies to almost every game we cover here: the jackpots are funded out of the published RTP, not added to it.
A game quoted at 95.81% has committed a share of that return to a pot the overwhelming majority of players will never take. Compared with a non-jackpot game at the same headline figure, ordinary play on a Jackpot Cards title will feel tighter — fewer and smaller regular wins for the same nominal price.
If the jackpot is why you are playing, that trade is the point. If you want your money to last, it is a cost.
The same arithmetic appears on our Lightning Link and Elvis Frog in Vegas pages. It is not specific to this studio — it is how every jackpot slot works.
What the studio is actually for
Amusnet builds classic fruit machines, and it builds them well. Almost nothing in the popular catalogue has a free spins round, a cascade, a multiplier ladder or a bonus buy. The construction is line wins, a wild, a scatter that pays from any position, a Gamble feature, and the progressive.
That austerity is the product. These games are fast, completely legible at a glance, and carry recognition built up over two decades on physical floors in markets where players moved from retail venues to online. For that audience the absence of mechanics is the appeal, not a shortcoming.
The exception is Rise of Ra, which has a genuine free spins round and which Amusnet rates 4 out of 5 on its own volatility scale — a rare piece of first-party data, and more informative than most studios publish.
On our sourcing
Figures here come from third-party RTP trackers and slot databases, cross-referenced across multiple sources. Amusnet publishes game information but we have not confirmed these numbers against the studio's own current documentation.
Given the studio's documented history of revising returns, that limitation matters more than usual. Where sources disagree — Burning Hot at 95.97% versus 96.45% — we state both rather than pick one, because on this catalogue a disagreement between sources may simply mean they were correct at different times.
